Shoe Size and Fit Guide for Online Orders
Shoe fit varies by shape, material and construction, so the printed size is only the starting point. Before ordering, compare the product’s available size options with a pair you already wear comfortably and use your foot measurement as a second reference.
Measure both feet
Measure at the end of the day, when feet can be slightly larger. Stand on a sheet of paper with your weight distributed normally, mark the heel and the end of the longest toe, then measure the distance between the marks. Repeat for both feet and use the larger result.
Wear the type of socks or hosiery you expect to use with the shoes. Thick socks can change the fit of sneakers and boots, while bare feet or thin hosiery may be more relevant for sandals and dress shoes.
Compare with a familiar pair
Check the size label and, if possible, the removable insole length of a well-fitting pair. Brand sizing is not perfectly consistent, so a comparison from a similar shoe type is more useful than a conversion chart alone. If the product page offers only a standard size selector, contact customer support before ordering when you are between sizes.
Consider the shape of the shoe
- Pointed toes: can feel narrower even when the overall length is correct.
- Round or square toes: often provide more room, but the upper material still matters.
- High heels: move the foot forward, so check the toe area and strap placement.
- Boots: require attention to ankle opening, shaft height and calf space.
- Slides and sandals: should be checked for footbed length as well as strap position.
Review every product photograph
Use side, top and sole views to understand the toe shape, heel height, opening and closure. Close-up photographs are helpful for materials and finishing, but they do not provide an exact scale. Screen settings may also change how colors appear.
Before you order
- Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
- Compare the result with a similar pair you own.
- Review the available size selector and all gallery images.
- Ask support about fit if you are between sizes or have a wide or narrow foot.
- Confirm the selected size in your cart before checkout.
Browse the shoe catalog and review our processing and FedEx delivery times. Because the store does not accept unconditional returns for a change of mind, read the return and exchange policy and confirm sizing before ordering.
