SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free shipping on all orders over $500 CAD
  • Turnabout is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels once shipped.

US ORDERS

  • Free shipping on all orders over $500 USD
  • May be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
  • Customer responsible for any additional charges upon delivery (duty / import fees / taxes / customs / brokerage fees / etc.)
  • Please note that fur exotic skin items cannot be shipped to the US
  • Turnabout is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels once shipped.
  • Please note that due to current cross-border processing times, shipments to the U.S. may experience slight delays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout
  • May be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
  • Customer responsible for any additional charges upon delivery (duty / import fees / taxes / customs / brokerage fees / etc.
  • Please note that fur exotic skin items cannot be shipped to countries outside of Canada

RETURNS EXCHANGES

  • All sales are final
  • Please carefully review item condition in description and photos before purchasing

PROCESSING DELIVERY

  • Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days
  • Tracking number provided via email upon shipment
  • Please refer to your tracking information for delivery updates
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and are not guaranteed
  • Orders over $10,000 CAD may be available for in-store pickup only
  • Some larger items may not be eligible for shipping.

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • Available at the item's specific store location located in the items description
  • Please ensure you are able to pick up at the location where the item is located
  • Multiple store pickups are required for orders with items from different locations
  • Orders must be collected within 60 days of purchase
  • Orders over $10,000 CAD may be available for in-store pickup only

*If your order includes items from different locations, you'll need to pick them up separately. Check the item description for its location. Location addresses are available here.

*Items not picked up within 60 days of the purchase date will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Turnabout, with no entitlement to a refund or further compensation.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Turnabout is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed parcels once shipped.
  • Claims for loss or damaged items should be directed to the shipping provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are not possible after order fulfillment
